Connect & Reset is not your typical networking event.

There are no elevator pitches, forced introductions, or stacks of business cards. Instead, entrepreneurs, founders, creators, and professionals will come together to connect as people first through meaningful conversation, shared experiences, and intentional recovery.

The Connection Experience

Mandy and Sam of No Apologies Inc will guide the group through a curated connection game designed to make meeting new people feel natural, fun, and easy.

You’ll move beyond surface-level small talk without feeling like you need to impress anyone or perform.

The Optimyze Recovery Experience

After the connection experience, Jesse Moreng, c founder of Optimyze, will guide the group through the recovery experiences and help you get the most out of each modality.

Your experience includes:

• Cold plunge
• Infrared sauna
• Red light therapy
• Compression therapy

The rest of the evening will be an open hang. Move freely between the recovery experiences, continue the conversations, meet new people, and give yourself space to slow down and recharge.

Show up as you are. Drop into your body. Leave feeling more grounded, energized, and connected.

What to Bring

Bring a bathing suit, comfortable clothes, a towel, and an open mind.  Water bottle.
