Join us for our Monthly Coffee Ruck from Tidelands Park to Trident Coffee!



Join us for "JUST THE RUCK" and some delicious coffee!
After we finish the Monthly GORUCK Tribe WOD, this is "JUST THE RUCK" as we head out to Trident for a social recovery 5K ruck and the best beans in town!



Come for the 6:30 a.m. WOD, and stay for the ruck, or join us at 8:00 a.m. to ruck with some good people, for some great Coffee!


Rucking TIDELANDS to TRIDENT COFFEE's Coronado Taproom, and back!
