Join Anew Method and Bay Area Heart Works for an empowering afternoon designed for moms, caregivers, teachers, and community members. You’ll complete an American Heart Association CPR + First Aid certification course, including infant and child CPR, while enjoying coffee or matcha from Attalus Coffee.

After the training, we’ll finish with a short, beginner-friendly Pilates class to help you stretch, reset, and shake out the afternoon.

On-site childcare is included, making it easier to gain lifesaving skills without having to arrange care.
