**This is an opportunity to create images and artwork that reflect the courage we demonstrate in our daily lives and the strength we share with each other. Through art, we can express the small acts of bravery that shape our everyday experiences - from facing challenges at work to showing up for loved ones, from trying new things to standing up for what matters to us.**&#x20;



**Our mood-inspired tea bar will feature varieties to match whatever you are feeling: calming chamomile and lavender for moments of reflection, energizing green tea for creative bursts, grounding rooibos and dandelion root for staying present, and uplifting ginger lemon elixir for celebration. Select teas that align with your current state of mind, the feeling you'd like to cultivate while creating, with the option to brew your own blends as well.**&#x20;



**All skill levels welcome.**&#x20;



**While we'll have various art supplies available, please feel free to bring any personal craft projects you're currently working on. This is a judgment-free space to express yourself, connect with others, and celebrate our shared journey of resilience.**&#x20;

Please read this waiver carefully before participating. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in this event involves the use of art supplies (including acrylic and watercolor paints, collage materials, pencils, ink markers, and related craft tools) and the consumption of various teas and herbal beverages. I voluntarily agree to participate with full awareness of any risks involved, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, staining, minor injury from craft tools, and reactions to caffeine, herbs, or other ingredients.

2. Allergies & Health Conditions
I acknowledge that teas and herbal blends may contain allergens or ingredients (such as chamomile, lavender, rooibos, dandelion root, ginger, and caffeine) that may not be suitable for everyone. I take full responsibility for reviewing ingredients and consuming only what is appropriate for my health, dietary needs, medications, and any conditions, including pregnancy. I will not hold the organizers responsible for any adverse reaction.

3. Release of Liability
I release, waive, and discharge Renew Collective, its organizers, hosts, volunteers, and venue from any and all liability, claims, or demands for injury, illness, allergic reaction, property damage, or loss arising from my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Personal Property
I understand that I am responsible for my own personal belongings, including any craft projects or materials I bring. The organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

5. Media Release
I grant permission for photographs or video taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes by Renew Collective. 

6. Acknowledgment
I confirm that I am participating voluntarily, am at least 18 years of age (or accompanied by a parent/guardian), and have read and understood this waiver in its entirety.
