The crew is celebrating the holiday season on Sunday, December 14th from 3:00pm-6:30pm

We are lucky to have such an amazing community come together and celebrate. We’ll do it the best way we know how to with delicious food, drinks, music, photo booth and great vibes!

Crewz’n for a Brewz’n Run Club Event Liability Waiver and Release of Claims State of New Jersey

By attending or participating in this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Voluntary Participation
I understand that my participation in this event is entirely voluntary. I am free to leave at any time and am not obligated to participate in any activity that makes me uncomfortable or that I believe poses an unreasonable risk to my safety.

2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in this event may involve risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions with other participants or objects, illness, injury, and risks associated with the consumption of food or alcoholic beverages. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that I am responsible for my own safety and decisions throughout the event.

3. Alcohol Consumption
I understand that alcoholic beverages may be available during this event, and I agree to the following:
• I certify that I am at least 21 years of age if consuming alcohol.
• I am solely responsible for monitoring my alcohol intake.
• A bartender or event representative may refuse service at their discretion, including if I appear visibly intoxicated.
• I will not operate a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and am responsible for arranging safe and lawful transportation if I consume alcohol.
• I will not provide or attempt to provide alcoholic beverages to any person under 21 years of age.
• I acknowledge that Crewz’n for a Brewz’n Run Club reserves the right to discontinue service to anyone who appears intoxicated or whose behavior poses a risk to themselves or others.
I acknowledge that Crewz’n for a Brewz’n Run Club is not responsible for my actions or decisions related to alcohol use.

4. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, I release and hold harmless Crewz’n for a Brewz’n Run Club, its board members, officers, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, event hosts, affiliated parties, and their respective agents and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or relating to:
• My participation or attendance
• My consumption of alcohol or food
• Travel to or from the event
• Property damage or personal injury
• Any acts or omissions by the Organization or its representatives
This release applies to me and to my heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns.
I understand that this waiver does not release claims arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or intentional acts by Crewz’n for a Brewz’n Run Club or its representatives.

5. Medical Care and Emergency Information
If an emergency occurs, I authorize event staff or emergency responders to assist me or obtain medical treatment on my behalf. I agree to be responsible for any associated costs. I also agree that it is my responsibility to carry any prescribed medical devices such as an EpiPen, inhaler, or other necessary medications that may be needed in an emergency. I am responsible for informing event organizers of any medical conditions that may require special attention.

6. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crewz’n for a Brewz’n Run Club and its affiliated parties from any liability, damages, legal costs, or claims (including reasonable attorney’s fees) that may arise due to my actions, participation, violations of event rules, or failure to follow event guidelines or applicable laws.

7. Media and Photography
I understand that photos or videos may be taken during the event. By attending, I grant permission for these images to be used for promotional, educational, or community purposes without financial compensation. If I do not want to appear in photos or videos, I will notify event organizers upon arrival.

8. Compliance with Event Rules
I agree to comply with all rules, instructions, and safety guidelines provided by event organizers and venue staff. I understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the event without refund.

9. Severability
If any provision of this waiver is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

10. Governing Law
This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this waiver shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

11. Acknowledgment of Terms
By attending this event, I confirm that:
• I have read and understand this waiver in its entirety.
• I have had the opportunity to ask questions about any provisions I do not understand.
• I accept full responsibility for my actions and participation.
• I willingly and voluntarily agree to all terms of this release.
• I am of sound mind and legal age (18 years or older) to enter into this agreement, or if I am under 18 years of age, my parent or legal guardian has reviewed this waiver, is in agreement with these terms, and has completed this form on my behalf with full authority to bind me to this agreement.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
