We're all about promoting the power of community and mental health practices, which means you'll be surrounded by like-minded people who are all on the same journey towards wellbeing. Danielle Gernter is helping us tap into our strength and release any tension with our energizing, sweaty workout! This body weight work is designed to get your heart pumping and leave you feeling energized and alive. But don't worry, it's accessible to all levels of fitness, so whether you're an allstar athlete or just getting back into fitness, you'll be able to join in on the fun! We offer lots of modifications and meet you where you're at and stretch you to your true potential.

But we're not stopping there! We'll take things up a notch with an invigorating breathwork session that will leave you feeling completely reset, connected to yourself, and in a deep state of gratitude, peace, and clarity.

After this we will dive into the cold plunge and experience the ultimate adrenaline rush. It's incredibly beneficial for your immune system, circulation, and inflammation as well as a beautiful practice of surrendering to the present moment. The Cold is our teacher. This is one of the best tools to train your mindset. Plus, You'll be surrounded by the community to cheer you on. We build bonds by Doing Hard things... TOGETHER

We're not done yet! You'll then get to unwind and relax in a sauna session that will help relieve stress, relax your muscles, and improve your cardiovascular health. And the best part? You get to enjoy it all with an incredible community of people.

After all that, we'll come together for a healthy brunch based on our ancestral principals and way of living. We're talking about delicious, whole foods that will nourish your body and give you the energy you need to take on the day whilst creating mindfulness and deeper connection to your new Comfort Zone friends.
