Cupid’s Barre is a heart-led barre experience designed to celebrate connection through movement. Hosted by HOW Society x The Bar Method, this 45-minute barre session will flow to curated love sounds and is intentionally created for couples, friends, and solo attendees alike.

After class, stay to connect with community, enjoy thoughtfully curated giveaways and raffle prizes, and soak in the energy of shared movement. Expect community, connection, and a welcoming space where love is felt in every form.
