TLF Event Waiver & Release of Liability

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING. BY SIGNING OR SUBMITTING THIS FORM, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS BELOW.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the DAER 2Be Fit event hosted by TLF, I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation in this event is completely voluntary and that I am physically and mentally fit to take part in physical fitness activities.

2. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that this event includes physical activities such as exercise, movement, and use of facilities that may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Muscle strains or injuries
Slips, trips, or falls
Impact with other participants
Exposure to outdoor conditions (e.g., heat, sun, rain, wet or slippery surfaces)

I understand that the event will take place outdoors at a dayclub where weather conditions may create potentially hazardous surfaces. I specifically acknowledge that:

The floors and other surfaces may be wet and slippery, especially in the event of rain.
I am responsible for exercising caution and wearing appropriate footwear to reduce my risk of injury.
I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participating in this event.

3. Waiver and Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:

DAER Dayclub
Hard Rock Stadium and its affiliates
All event organizers, instructors, staff, vendors, volunteers, sponsors, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, accident, illness, or property damage that may occur as a result of my participation in the event — including, but not limited to, those arising from slipping, falling, or weather-related conditions.

4. Health and Medical Treatment

I certify that I am in good health and have no medical condition that would prevent me from participating. I understand that no medical personnel will be on site, and I am responsible for my own medical needs and insurance coverage.

5. Photography & Media Release

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event and grant TLF and its partners the right to use my image for promotional purposes without compensation.

6. Yoga Mat Rentals

If you make a yoga mat rental purchase, please make sure to return the mat by 2:00 PM. All mats not returned by the end of the event will be charged the full price of $40.

7. Governing Law

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any part of this waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
