We’re back at DAER Dayclub with everything you loved:

PLUS – we’re bringing the sweat and serenity to a whole new level (literally) with our new rooftop expansion featuring:

🧘‍♀️ Mindful Sculpt – a rooftop HIIT-meets-yoga fusion class

💬 Mingle with the TLF community under the sun

This is your chance to experience both ends of the fitness spectrum—from intense training to mindful movement, recovery, and connection—all in one unforgettable morning.
