Get ready to hit the court and perform with **Sparc Dance Co** at an unforgettable halftime show with the Dallas Wings! Join us on **Thursday, May 28th** as we take the floor during their matchup against the Las Vegas Aces for an electric, game-day experience.

This is your chance to step into the spotlight—whether you're a seasoned dancer or just looking to try something new. This opportunity is **open to all levels**, and designed to be both high-energy and inclusive.

**Your registration includes:**

* Ticket to the game
* Live halftime performance with Sparc Dance Co
* Pom poms + official performance shirt
* Access to a group rate for friends & family to come cheer you on

We’ll get you fully prepped with **3 rehearsals** leading up to the big moment, held from **8–10PM** at Groundworks Dance Studio on:

* May 11th
* May 18th
* May 25th

This performance marks our **final sporting event of the season**, making it a truly special moment as we close out Sparc’s incredible first year. Be part of the energy, the community, and the celebration.

**SPARC DANCE CO – EVENT LIABILITY WAIVER & MEDIA RELEASE**
**Dallas Wings Halftime Performance Experience**

By registering for and participating in the Sparc Dance Co Dallas Wings Halftime Performance Experience (the “Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

### 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in dance rehearsals, performances, and related activities involves physical activity and inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, falls, strains, or other physical harm. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this Event.

### 2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Sparc Dance Co, its owners, directors, instructors, staff, contractors, partners, venue hosts, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in the Event, including rehearsals and the live performance.

### 3. MEDICAL CONSENT

I certify that I am physically able to participate in this Event. In the event of an emergency, I authorize Sparc Dance Co to obtain necessary medical treatment on my behalf. I understand that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred.

### 4. CODE OF CONDUCT

I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and professional manner throughout all rehearsals and event activities. Sparc Dance Co reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

### 5. NO REFUND POLICY

I understand that all payments made toward this Event are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by Sparc Dance Co.

### 6. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

I grant Sparc Dance Co and its partners full permission to capture, use, reproduce, and distribute photographs, video recordings, and other media of me taken during the Event for promotional, marketing, social media, and commercial purposes. I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of these materials.

### 7. SCHEDULING & PARTICIPATION

I understand that participation in all scheduled rehearsals is strongly encouraged to ensure performance readiness. Sparc Dance Co reserves the right to adjust choreography, formations, or participation in the final performance at their discretion.

### 8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing registration and electronically agreeing to this waiver, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms outlined above.
