Have you ever wanted to feel a little more comfortable, expressive, and FREE in your own body?

I hear you… Let’s dance!! 🎶

On Sunday, August 30th @ 6PM, I’m hosting the first Dance Freely with R3M3: A Free Flow Experience.

This means no choreography to memorize, no crowded club, and a playlist curated by YOU.

Every guest will submit at least one song request that becomes part of our collective playlist… and when your song comes on, you get your moment to take the spotlight and show us what your free flow looks like. 🐆

I’ll gently guide us through an opening stretch and introduce you to free-flow movement before we jump straight in.

And the best part? No phones. 📵

We’ll have time at the end to capture content together before closing with a meditation to send you back into your evening feeling a little more embodied and connected 🧘‍♀️
