Hike RSVP & Refund Policy

To help our hikes run smoothly and support the goal of building real connections and friendships, we’re introducing a simple RSVP system:

• A $10 reservation fee is required to hold your spot
• You’ll get a full refund if you attend the hike
• Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will be refunded****
• No-shows or late cancellations (under 24 hours) won’t be refunded

This isn’t about making money—it’s to make sure we have a committed group so each hike can actually feel social, connected, and worth everyone’s time.

If turnout is too low, we may cancel the hike and of course everyone will be refunded.

Thanks for helping create a group where people can connect and build friendships 🙌
