Join Sunday Grounding for a day of waterfall hunting as we bring in the Summer Solstice!

We will be going to see the waterfalls in full flow at the ***Bushkill Falls*** in Poconos, PA. The falls will be full so bring your cameras and let us take care of the rest!

Bushkill Falls is home to 8 waterfalls that we will pass along our nearly 3 mile hike.

Your ticket includes transportation to and from Bushkill from Wilmington, catered boxed lunches, admission to the park, guided hikes, and a solstice meditation.&#x20;

At the park we will walk the trail (~2 mi) at our own pace, taking in all of the flora and fauna. We will hike the Red trail which takes us past each of the waterfalls. We will hike about 1.5 miles before we break for lunch. From there we will finish out the last ~1 mile to check off all of the falls.

We will plan to head out at 1:00 and make our way back to Wilmington to arrive no later than 3:30pm.

By signing this waiver, you agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge and understand that participation in outdoor and nature-based activities, including but not limited to hiking, camping, biking, forest bathing, and somatic exercises, involves inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to: trips, slips, falls, insect bites, weather conditions, animal encounters, dehydration, and physical exertion. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen, and take full responsibility for my participation.

2. Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Whitney Wideman, Sunday Grounding, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, affiliates, and event partners (collectively referred to as “the Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, for any injuries, losses, or damages (including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death) that may arise from or in connection with my participation in the event.

3. Medical Acknowledgment
I affirm that I am physically fit and capable of participating in this event. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a medical professional prior to participating, especially if I have any pre-existing health conditions. I authorize the event organizers to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary.

4. Photo/Video Release
I grant permission for photos and/or video taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes by Sunday Grounding, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials. (If you do not consent to this, please check this box: ☐)

5. Binding Agreement
I understand that this waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, legal representatives, and assigns. If any part of this waiver is found to be invalid, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
