Let the week melt away and begin your morning with intention and ease. Mariah Rose and Oro Chocolate & Coffee invite you to **Daybreak Resonance**—a heart-centered sound bath meditation to awaken the senses, open your heart, and ground you in gratitude.

This nourishing morning includes gentle breath followed by a guided sound bath meditation, and drinking chocolate curated with your heart in mind.

Whether this is your first sound bath or your hundredth, all are welcome—just as you are. Receive the healing sounds seated, lying down on a yoga mat, or in any posture that feels most supportive to you. Please bring anything that will bring comfort; a pillow for your head, blanket, yoga mat, etc., there will be additional mats available.



Wear whatever brings you comfort—from cozy loungewear to your day’s attire — this space is yours to release and simply be.

The Waiver of Liability for Participation in Fitness Activities

Acknowledgment of Risks
● Inherent Risks: The Participant understands and acknowledges that participation in fitness activities and other related activities, involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, physical injury, illness, or other unforeseen hazards.
● Voluntary Participation: The Participant confirms that their participation in any fitness activity is voluntary and that they are fully aware of the risks involved.

Waiver of Liability
● Release of Claims: In consideration of being allowed to participate in fitness activities provided by Rising Rose Wellness at Oro Chocolate, the Participant agrees to release, waive, and discharge both parties, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action that may arise from or are related to participation in these activities.
● Scope of Waiver: This waiver applies to all claims of negligence, personal injury, property damage, or other legal rights that the Participant may have, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, related to the Participant’s participation in fitness activities.
