Decompress with The Quilt Connects & North Park Walk Club on Saturday, 12/20, by joining our first collab event, December De-stress!
It is a 3-part event featuring group stretching, a relaxing walk, and crafting aromatherapy pouches to take home for your own self-care or to gift to loved ones, in addition to other holiday crafts and activities to participate in! Coffee, tea, and dessert will be provided at Delah Coffee.
Schedule for the event:
• 9am - 9:45 Streching at Monahan Soccer Field.
Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket to strech with us.
• 9:45-10:30 Walk to Delah - 2 mile walk
• 10:30-1:30 Craft with coffee at Delah
