Led by Victoria Mahe and soundtracked live by DJ Fab Roc, expect a beat-driven flow inspired by deep cuts from artists like Erykah Badu, Lauryn Hill, Sade, and more. Think dim lighting, soulful energy, and a room full of like-minded professionals moving in sync.

**CORPORATE ATHLETE / SWEATWORKING

WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY**

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE AGREEING.

By registering for and attending a Corporate Athlete (“CA”) / Sweatworking event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Participation & Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in Sweatworking events may include physical activity such as (but not limited to) yoga, Pilates, strength training, conditioning, stretching, wellness activities, and social or community-based experiences.

I acknowledge that these activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, muscle strains, soreness, dizziness, dehydration, falls, illness, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions.

I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation.

2. Medical Acknowledgment

I confirm that:

I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the event
I have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe, or I have consulted a medical professional prior to attending
I will listen to my body and stop or modify activity as needed

I understand that instructors, staff, volunteers, and event partners are not responsible for monitoring my health or physical condition.

3. Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless Corporate Athlete, Sweatworking, event venues, instructors, trainers, DJs, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and their respective owners, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from my participation, including those resulting from negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and defend the Released Parties against any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from my actions or participation in the event.

5. Personal Property

I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings. Corporate Athlete and the Released Parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

6. Photo, Video & Media Release

I grant Corporate Athlete and its partners permission to capture and use photos, videos, and audio recordings of me taken during the event for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes, including social media and future event promotion, without compensation.

7. Alcohol, Beverages & Third-Party Products (If Applicable)

If alcohol, beverages, or products are provided by sponsors or vendors, I assume full responsibility for my consumption and release the Released Parties from any related liability.

8. Event Conduct & Safety

I agree to follow all event rules, safety instructions, and guidance from instructors and staff. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

10. Agreement

By completing my registration, I confirm that:

I have read and understood this waiver
I voluntarily agree to its terms
I understand I am waiving certain legal rights
