This isn’t a regular sauna session. **Saunagus** is a *guided sauna ritual* from Northern Europe that turns heat, cold, and breath into a full-body performance.

Over 75 minutes, you’ll move through **three immersive rounds** blending **heat, breath, sound, light, and smell,** each with its own vibe, from warm-up to hype to wind down.

Led by **a contrast therapy facilitator**, you’ll learn to use contrast therapy to calm your mind, energize your body, and connect in community.

6:00 PM — Arrival & Welcome
6:30 PM — Round 1: Warm Up
7:15 PM — Round 2: Hype
8:00 PM — Round 3: Wind Down
