WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

This agreement includes a waiver of your right to sue, a release of claims, and other provisions that affect your legal
rights. By signing, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to all terms.

1. WAIVER
In exchange for being allowed to participate in the event described below (the "Event") - including all related activities
and services, and use of the premises, equipment, staff, and facilities - I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors,
administrators, assigns, and any personal representatives, hereby voluntarily release, waive, and discharge Desert
Plunge Club, Mas o Menos, JT Mobile Sauna, Methods + Rituals and any affiliated sponsors, advertisers, vendors, treatment providers, event organizers,
property owners, and their officers, employees, partners, and shareholders (collectively the "Released Parties") from all
claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or related to my participation in the Event. This includes claims of negligence
by any of the Released Parties.

2. EVENT DETAILS
Event Name: Desert Plunge Club / Mas o Menos Event
Activities May Include: cold plunges, ice baths, sauna sessions, red light therapy, massage, IV treatments, food and
beverage consumption, physical activity and workout classes, chiropractic treatment, compression therapy, social
gatherings, inflatable slides, dunk tanks, obstacle courses, beard trims, haircuts, padel, and other activities that may be
offered on site.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I acknowledge that participation in this Event is entirely voluntary and may involve risks, including but not limited to:
death, paralysis, heart attacks, stroke, drowning, hypothermia, hyperthermia, frostbite, burns, exhaustion, heat stroke,
dehydration, sprains, fractures, eye/joint/bone injuries, concussions, unconsciousness, allergic reactions or illness from
food/beverages, exposure to pathogens including COVID-19, and aggravation of existing medical conditions.
I confirm that I have considered the risks, and I either (a) have consulted a medical professional about my participation,
or (b) knowingly choose not to, and voluntarily assume all risks. I confirm that I am physically and mentally able to
participate.

4. INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, actions,
liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) that result from my participation in the Event or breach of this
agreement.

5. AGE REPRESENTATION
I certify that I am 18 years of age or older. I understand that individuals under 18 are not permitted to attend or
participate in the Event, regardless of guardian supervision.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

6. PUBLICITY RELEASE
I give permission to the Released Parties to use my name, image, voice, or likeness (collectively "Likeness") in any
media captured at the Event, including video, photos, or audio. This includes editing or modifying such content, and
using it for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes. I waive any right to inspect, approve, or receive
compensation related to the use of my Likeness, and I understand that these rights may be transferred to third parties.

7. SEVERABILITY
If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the rest will remain in full effect to the maximum
extent permitted by law.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state and country in which the Event takes place, without regard to
conflicts of law.

9. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
I agree that checking a consent box or providing an electronic signature carries the same legal weight as a physical
signature.

10. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I have read and fully understand this Agreement. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily giving up substantial legal rights. I
have had the opportunity to consult with legal counsel. I am not relying on any oral representations not included in this
Agreement. I sign this waiver freely and voluntarily.
