Whether you're a seasoned player or just starting, this event is perfect for all skill levels. <u>This event is strictly 21+.</u>&#x20;

**Food and Beverage:**

* **2 drink tickets included** in ticket purchase (alcoholic and non-alcoholic available) - additional tickets available for sale
* Food available for purchase

**Format**

* **Open Play** - queue your paddles in line
* **Games will be up to 11, no win by 2**
* **4 on, 4 off; Winner does not stay on**

**Things to remember:**

* **Bring your paddle and balls.** The venue may not have paddles available for rent or purchase
* **Bring water.** The venue may have a cooler and/or water on site, but it is not guaranteed.
* **Wear your best pickleball fit**
* **Smoking and outside alcohol are not permitted.**

By participating in this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that pickleball is a physical activity and that participation carries inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

By participating in this event, I acknowledge that alcohol may be served or consumed on the premises. I certify that I am 21 years of age or older and accept full responsibility for my alcohol consumption. I understand that participation is at my own risk, and I agree to hold harmless the event organizers, hosts, venue, and all affiliates from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from alcohol-related incidents before, during, or after the event.

Release of Liability: I waive, release, and discharge the event organizers, sponsors, venue, and any affiliated parties from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the event.

Personal Belongings: I understand that I am responsible for my own personal belongings and that the event organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Media Release: I grant permission for the event organizers to capture and use photos and videos of me for promotional and social media purposes without compensation.
