🪩 DISCO DEFENSE: Festival Safety + Self-Defense

Wednesday, October 1 • 6:30 PM
📍 Dallas Urby
🎟️ $25 or $35 with run belt

Your festival fit deserves a safety plan. 🪩🛡️

Join DiscoFit Collective x Mine Not Yours for Disco Defense, an interactive festival safety + self-defense class led by Ashley, designed to help you feel more confident, aware, and prepared while navigating festivals, nightlife, and crowded spaces.

This is a practical, beginner-friendly session focused on awareness, boundary-setting, situational safety, and simple self-defense techniques you can actually remember when you need them.

Think: know your surroundings → trust your instincts → protect your space → look out for your people.

After class, we’ll keep the energy going with a 1-mile community walk to cool down, connect, and move together. 🚶‍♀️🎶

What to expect:

🥋 Festival-focused self-defense & safety training
🛡️ Practical techniques + situational awareness
🤝 Community + partner drills
🚶‍♀️ 1-mile group walk after class
🎽 LSKD Run Belts for special ticket buyers $35

Come learn something useful, meet your people, and leave feeling a little more prepared for your next night out or festival.
