I understand that this activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, dizziness, or other physical discomfort.

I accept full responsibility for my own health, safety, and well-being during this class and related activities. I release Tori Shen, Discoflow LLC, its affiliates, instructors, volunteers, sponsors, and venue hosts from any liability, claims, or damages that may occur as a result of participation.
