DISCOFLOW EVENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Applies to all past, current, and future events hosted by Discoflow, Rise and Rave Pilates, or any affiliated instructors, including but not limited to Pilates, fitness, wellness, rave-inspired movement, and group exercise events held at any venue or location.

By registering for any Discoflow event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
	1.	Assumption of Risk
I understand that Pilates, fitness exercise, dance or rave-style movement, and group workouts involve physical activity that carries inherent risks. These risks include but are not limited to sprains, strains, falls, collisions, dizziness, dehydration, and medical emergencies. Events may include loud music, bright or flashing lights, and indoor or outdoor environments with uneven surfaces. I voluntarily participate and accept all risks associated with any event.
	2.	Health Acknowledgment
I confirm that I am physically able to participate and have no medical conditions that would make participation unsafe. I agree to stop or modify activity if I feel pain, dizziness, or unwell. I am responsible for seeking medical clearance if needed. I authorize the organizer or venue to obtain emergency medical care if necessary and understand I am responsible for any associated costs.
	3.	Release of Liability
I waive, release, and discharge Discoflow LLC, Rise and Rave Pilates, all affiliated instructors, vendors, partners, volunteers, participating venues, and property owners from any and all claims or liability related to injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage that may result from my participation, including claims arising from negligence to the fullest extent allowed by law.
	4.	Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all released parties from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from my participation in any event.
	5.	Media Release
I understand that photos and videos may be taken during events. I grant permission for my image, voice, and likeness to be used for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes without compensation. If I prefer not to be recorded, I will notify the organizer before participating and avoid camera areas when possible.
	6.	Personal Property
I understand that I am responsible for my own belongings. The organizers, venues, and partners are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property at any event.
	7.	Minors
If the participant is under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must approve registration and consent to the terms of this waiver.

By registering for or attending any Discoflow event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this Waiver and Release of Liability, which applies to all events now and in the future unless replaced by a newer version.
