Donation Based Yoga for Vietnam Relief

Central Vietnam is facing heartbreaking loss as entire communities struggle through severe flooding and devastation. Families have lost homes, loved ones, and the sense of stability they once had. This class is our way of offering light, support, and hope to those who are trying to rebuild.

We are honored to support @chris.tran.travels and @windyphamhp, who are currently in Vietnam providing direct relief on the ground. They are meeting with families, assessing needs, and ensuring that funds are placed directly into the hands of the people who need it most. Our goal is to send additional help to support their ongoing efforts.

This cause is meaningful to me because Vietnam is where my roots began. Seeing the devastation in the central region has been deeply emotional, and I am grateful for the chance to give back with our community.

All donations from this class will go directly toward verified relief efforts in Central Vietnam. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to donate directly. Every contribution helps support those who are still in crisis.
