Join us Tuesday, May 26th for an ICEMAN-inspired rooftop Pilates experience at The Canopy Rooftop Pool in Downtown Tempe. (BYOM)

We’ll move through a 45-minute Pilates flow set to Drake’s greatest hits + tracks from his newest album, ICEMAN — followed by poolside hangs, skyline views, and all the summer night energy.

After class, stay for Taco Tuesday specials at the rooftop bar featuring discounted food + drinks available for purchase.

THE MANA METHOD EVENT LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

By participating in this event hosted by The Mana Method LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK  
I understand that participation in fitness activities, including Pilates, stretching, movement classes, and wellness events, involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, serious injury, falls, muscle strain, dehydration, illness, or other physical injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event.

2. MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY  
I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I understand that The Mana Method and its instructors are not medical professionals and that participation is at my own discretion.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY  
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless The Mana Method LLC, Ashley Adams, all instructors, DJs, vendors, sponsors, event partners, employees, contractors, volunteers, and venue partners including The Canopy Tempe from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, or causes of action arising out of participation in this event.

4. POOLSIDE & VENUE ACKNOWLEDGMENT  
I understand this event takes place at a rooftop pool venue and acknowledge there may be additional risks including wet surfaces, slips, falls, weather conditions, and alcohol service available through the venue. I agree to act responsibly and follow all venue and staff instructions.

5. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE  
I understand photos and videos may be taken during the event for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. By attending, I grant The Mana Method permission to use my image, likeness, and content captured during the event without compensation or further approval.

6. PERSONAL PROPERTY  
I understand that The Mana Method and venue partners are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

7. EVENT POLICY  
All ticket purchases are final sale unless otherwise stated by The Mana Method. Event details, instructors, DJs, schedules, and offerings are subject to change.
