WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT: This agreement contains a waiver of your right to sue, a release of all claims, and a commitment to binding arbitration. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING.

WAIVER
In consideration of being permitted to attend and participate in the event described below, including associated activities, services, use of premises, facilities, equipment, and amenities (collectively, the “Event”), I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, successors, assigns, and anyone acting on my behalf or estate, hereby:

Release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Drip Health Academy d/b/a Drips N Chill, its owners, affiliates, officers, agents, contractors, volunteers, and sponsors (collectively, the “Protected Parties”) for any claims, damages, or liabilities, including those arising from the negligence of the Protected Parties, related to or arising out of my participation in the Event.

This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury (including death), illness, accidents, property damage, and loss.

Protected Parties: Drip Health Academy d/b/a Drips N Chill, its owners, affiliated staff, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and partners.

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS
I acknowledge that participation in this Event is voluntary and involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Muscle or joint injuries, cardiac events, slip and fall accidents

Burns or cold-related injuries (e.g., hypothermia)

Dehydration, exhaustion, allergic reactions, foodborne illness

Aggravation of pre-existing conditions

Exposure to communicable illnesses, including COVID-19

I confirm that I am physically capable of participating and have consulted a healthcare provider if necessary. I voluntarily accept all risks associated with attending or participating in any activity.

INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Protected Parties from any claims, liabilities, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), demands, damages, or suits arising from my participation, including any claims brought by third parties as a result of my actions during the Event.

PUBLICITY RELEASE
I grant the Protected Parties the right to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and any photograph or video taken of me during the Event (collectively, “Materials”) for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes in any media, without compensation or approval rights.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP
I understand that any media content captured during the Event is the sole property of Drip Health Academy d/b/a Drips N Chill. I waive all rights to royalties or claims to usage.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE & CONSENT
By signing below or electronically agreeing via registration, I acknowledge and accept this Agreement in its entirety. I understand I am voluntarily waiving substantial legal rights, including the right to bring a lawsuit against the Protected Parties.
