DRIPS N CHILL – LIABILITY WAIVER

IMPORTANT: By signing (or checking the box) you waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue. Please read carefully.

1. RELEASE & WAIVER

I, the undersigned participant, in exchange for entry to Drips N Chill and related activities (workouts, cold plunges/ice baths, sauna, IV/vitamin shots, vendor demos, food/bev sampling, music, etc.), release and forever discharge Drip Health Academy d/b/a Drips N Chill, its owners, officers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and partners (“Protected Parties”) from all claims or liabilities for injury, illness, property damage, or death—even if caused by the negligence of any Protected Party.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that physical activity, exposure to extreme temperatures, IV or intramuscular injections, and large gatherings carry inherent risks (e.g., cardiac events, dehydration, allergic reactions, infection, communicable diseases). I voluntarily accept all such risks and confirm I am physically able to participate or have consulted a medical professional.

3. INDEMNITY

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Protected Parties from any loss, liability, or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising from my participation or acts.

4. PUBLICITY & CONTENT

I grant the Protected Parties the unrestricted right to use my name, likeness, and any photos/video captured at the event for marketing without compensation. All event media is their sole property.

5. SEVERABILITY & GOVERNING LAW

If any clause is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. This agreement is governed by Florida law.

6. ELECTRONIC CONSENT

My electronic affirmation or physical signature below equals a signed original. I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this waiver.
