**Drive & Align** is a luxury wellness experience designed to bring movement, connection, and elevated community together.



Guests will begin with an energizing **Pilates experience led by a licensed Pilates instructor from HILIfit**, followed by an opportunity to slow down, connect, and enjoy an intentionally curated selection of offerings from **local vendors and small businesses**.



Set against a backdrop of luxury vehicles and an effortlessly elevated atmosphere, Drive & Align is more than a workout, it’s a morning created to *move, connect, discover, and align.*

By registering for and participating in Wellè Society Presents: Drive & Align, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that this event may include physical activity, including an all-levels Pilates experience. I understand that participation in physical activity carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, sprains, falls, dizziness, fainting, injury, illness, or other physical complications.

I voluntarily choose to participate and confirm that I am physically able to do so. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician or qualified healthcare provider if I have any medical condition, injury, pregnancy, limitation, or other concern that may affect my ability to safely participate.

I agree to listen to my body, participate at my own pace, and stop any activity that causes pain, discomfort, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms. I understand that instructors may offer modifications, but I remain responsible for determining what is appropriate for me.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release and hold harmless Wellè Society, its owners, employees, contractors, ambassadors, instructors, event partners, sponsors, vendors, and venue partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in the event, except where prohibited by law.

If emergency medical care is reasonably necessary, I authorize event staff to seek appropriate assistance on my behalf. I understand that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred.

I understand that photography and video may be taken during the event for promotional, social media, marketing, and editorial purposes. By attending, I grant Wellè Society permission to use my image and likeness in event-related content without additional compensation, unless I notify the event team in writing prior to the event.

I understand that participation is voluntary and that I may choose not to participate in any portion of the event.

By purchasing a ticket and attending, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release.
