**What to bring:**

〰️  A blanket, bolster, or eye mask if you want extra comfort during the sound bath

〰️ A 45-minute all-levels slow yoga flow&#x20;
〰️ A 30-minute candlelit sound bath meditation
〰️ A room full of like-minded people choosing presence over productivity

By purchasing a ticket for Winter Reset: Candlelit Yoga & Sound Bath, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
You understand that participating in yoga, movement, breathwork, and sound healing involves physical activity and may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, discomfort, or physical strain. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.

Health and Wellness
You confirm that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent or limit your safe participation. If you are pregnant, recovering from injury, or have any health concerns, you agree to consult with a healthcare professional before attending. It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any conditions that may affect your participation.

Release of Liability
You agree to release, waive, and discharge Paige Willis, Undone, The Joinery, and any affiliated individuals, staff, venues, partners, or contractors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, loss, or damage that may arise during or after your participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for listening to your body and modifying or refraining from any activity that causes discomfort or harm. If you feel unwell or experience pain at any time, you agree to stop immediately and notify the instructor.

Photography and Media Consent
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed by Undone, event partners, and any authorized photographers or videographers for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes. This includes but is not limited to use on social media, websites, newsletters, and advertisements.

You waive any rights to compensation or approval of how these images or videos are used. You acknowledge that the event may be photographed or filmed, and that incidental inclusion in background footage or group shots may occur even if you request not to be a primary subject.
If you do not wish to be included in photos or videos, please notify the instructor before the event begins and position yourself outside of the camera's view during the session.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please notify the organizer as soon as possible—tickets may be transferred to another participant at the organizer's discretion. In the event of cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.

Acknowledgment
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability in its entirety.
