Join us on Saturday, March 14th for East Bank Athletic: Girls Night Out! ✨💪



Grab your gym besties (or come meet some new ones) and join us for a night dedicated to strong, supportive, high-energy lifting — just for the girls! After we close to the public, we’re opening up our 5th floor weight room exclusively to the girls of the 414 from 6pm-8pm. 



Expect empowering vibes, shared PR moments, plenty of laughs, and a space where you can train hard, try something new, and feel completely comfortable while doing it. Whether you’re brand new to the weight room or chasing your next PR, this is your time to show up, be loud, be confident, and build strength alongside an amazing community of women.



Cute fits encouraged, good vibes guaranteed, and yes…we’re absolutely celebrating every single rep! 🥳

Open to all 18+ women (members and non-members) in the community. Bring a friend or come make some new ones -- let's lift together! 🏋️‍♀️♥️

By signing below, I agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that strength training and use of gym equipment involves risk of injury, including serious injury or death. I voluntarily assume all risks related to my participation.

2. Health Responsibility

I confirm I am physically able to participate and assume full responsibility for my health and well-being. I will stop immediately if I feel unwell or unsafe.

3. Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless East Bank Athletic & Social, its owners, employees, trainers, and agents from any claims or liability arising from my participation, including claims of negligence.

4. Facility Access & Conduct

I agree to follow all gym rules and staff instructions. I understand that during this event I am permitted access only to the 5th Floor Weight Room and the Female Locker Room. I will not access any other areas of the facility. Failure to comply may result in removal.

5. Guest Responsibility

If I bring a guest, I am responsible for ensuring she signs this waiver and follows all rules and policies. I accept full responsibility for my guest’s conduct and any actions taken by my guest during the event.

6. Age Requirement

I confirm I am at least 18 years old.
