Pilates

By registering for, attending, or participating in any DISCOFLOW event, class, activation, collaboration, or experience (collectively, the “Event”), I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Participation
I understand that participation in DISCOFLOW activities — including but not limited to Pilates, fitness instruction, dancing, movement-based exercise, wellness activations, poolside fitness, rooftop events, DJ-led classes, festival-style experiences, and related activities — is entirely voluntary. I choose to participate at my own risk.
2. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in physical activity and attendance at live events carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:
muscle strain, sprains, slips, trips, falls, or other bodily injury


dizziness, dehydration, heat exhaustion, fainting, or cardiovascular events


injuries caused by uneven flooring, wet surfaces, pool decks, stairs, platforms, turf, dance floors, mats, equipment, crowd movement, or venue fixtures


risks associated with loud music, flashing or strobe lights, fog effects, lasers, elevated spaces, nightlife environments, or reduced visibility


risks related to outdoor weather, heat exposure, sun exposure, wind, and environmental conditions


risks associated with attendance at or near pools, dayclubs, casinos, hotels, rooftops, resorts, lounges, entertainment venues, or other hospitality properties


I understand that Events may take place in a variety of venues, including but not limited to fitness studios, gyms, rooftops, casinos, hotels, resorts, pool decks, dayclubs, nightclubs, restaurants, bars, lounges, outdoor spaces, event venues, and festival-adjacent environments.
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks, injuries, losses, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation in or attendance at the Event.
3. Pool, Water, and Venue-Specific Risk
If the Event takes place at or near a pool, water feature, wet deck, spa area, or similar environment, I acknowledge the additional risk of slips, falls, accidental water exposure, and other pool-related hazards.
I understand that DISCOFLOW is not responsible for supervising swimming, pool activity, or water safety, and I agree to use any pool or water-related areas at my own risk and in accordance with all venue rules.
4. Health & Medical Responsibility
I confirm that I am physically and mentally able to safely participate in the Event and that I have no medical condition, injury, impairment, or other limitation that would prevent safe participation.
I understand that DISCOFLOW does not provide medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or supervision. I agree to stop participating immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, distress, or any other concerning symptom, and to seek appropriate medical attention if needed.
5. Substance-Free Event Policy
I acknowledge that DISCOFLOW is intended to be a wellness-based experience, and I agree not to participate in any physical portion of the Event while under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or any substance that may impair my ability to safely participate.
6. Zero-Tolerance Enforcement
DISCOFLOW maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding:
alcohol or drug impairment during participation


unsafe behavior


harassment or disruptive conduct


refusal to follow staff, instructor, security, or venue direction


violation of venue safety policies or posted rules


DISCOFLOW, its staff, venue partners, and affiliated personnel reserve the right to deny entry, remove participants, or terminate participation at their sole discretion if a violation or safety concern is suspected. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
7. Venue Rules & Third-Party Property
I understand that certain Events may be hosted at or in partnership with casinos, hotels, resorts, clubs, pool venues, restaurants, entertainment venues, or other third-party properties. I agree to comply with all venue rules, posted regulations, security policies, dress codes, age restrictions, and safety requirements.
I understand that DISCOFLOW does not own or control these venues and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, conditions, services, or conduct of third-party venue operators, staff, guests, or contractors.
8. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless DISCOFLOW, its owner(s), instructors, employees, contractors, volunteers, DJs, vendors, sponsors, affiliates, event partners, collaborating brands, venue partners, landlords, property owners, casinos, hotels, resorts, pool operators, and all related officers, agents, representatives, and personnel (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my attendance at or participation in the Event, including but not limited to claims arising from negligence, personal injury, illness, property damage, or wrongful death, except where prohibited by law.
9. Personal Property
I understand that I am solely responsible for my own belongings, including but not limited to bags, phones, wallets, jewelry, fitness gear, clothing, and personal items. DISCOFLOW and its partners are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
10. Photo, Video & Media Release
I grant permission for DISCOFLOW and its partners, sponsors, collaborators, and venue affiliates to photograph, film, record, or otherwise capture my likeness, image, voice, or participation during the Event.
I authorize DISCOFLOW and its partners to use such content in any media now known or later developed, including for marketing, advertising, social media, promotional, editorial, and commercial purposes, without notice, compensation, or further approval.
11. Conduct & Safety
I agree to behave respectfully and responsibly toward instructors, staff, DJs, vendors, venue personnel, and fellow attendees. I agree to follow all verbal and posted instructions and to participate in a safe and controlled manner.
DISCOFLOW reserves the right to remove any participant or attendee acting in a manner deemed unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful, disruptive, or inconsistent with the Event experience.
12. Age & Entry Requirements
I understand that some Events may be subject to age restrictions, including but not limited to 18+ or 21+ venue policies, depending on the host venue and applicable law. I agree that it is my responsibility to confirm eligibility and bring valid identification if required.
13. Acknowledgment
By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, checking in for, or attending the Event, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Waiver & Release of Liability, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by its terms.
