Come dressed in light colors, bring your own mat and a water bottle. Class will start around 9:10am and stay after for the vibes!

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I voluntarily choose to participate in yoga instruction, stretching, movement, breathing exercises, meditation, and related wellness activities (collectively, the "Activities") offered by Teach and Flow Yoga LLC.

I understand that participation in the Activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Muscle strains, sprains, tears, and soreness Slips, trips, and falls Dizziness, fainting, or dehydration Aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions Heat-related illness, sun exposure, and weather-related hazards Exposure to insects, wildlife, uneven ground, and other outdoor environmental conditions Serious injury, disability, or death
I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

HEALTH CERTIFICATION
I certify that:

I am physically capable of participating in the Activities. I have disclosed any medical condition that could affect my safe participation to my healthcare provider as appropriate. I understand that yoga instruction is not medical treatment or healthcare advice. I will stop participating immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort.
I accept full responsibility for my health and well-being during participation.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Activities, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Teach and Flow Yoga LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the Activities, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.

I understand that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under applicable law.

INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from my actions, conduct, or participation in the Activities.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Teach and Flow Yoga LLC to seek emergency medical care on my behalf if I am unable to do so. I understand that I am solely responsible for all resulting medical costs.

PROPERTY LOSS
I understand that Teach and Flow Yoga LLC is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to the event.

PARK AND PROPERTY OWNER RELEASE
I understand that the Activities may occur on public or private property. I agree that any park, municipality, county, governmental entity, property owner, property manager, or permit issuer associated with the event location shall be released from liability arising from my participation in the Activities to the fullest extent permitted by law.

PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE
I grant Teach and Flow Yoga LLC permission to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture my likeness during the Activities.

I authorize Teach and Flow Yoga LLC to use such photographs, videos, recordings, and likenesses for promotional, marketing, educational, website, social media, and other lawful business purposes without compensation.

BINDING AGREEMENT

I have carefully read this Waiver, Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Photo Release. I understand its contents, understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue, and sign it voluntarily.

I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant identified below. I consent to the minor's participation and agree to all terms of this waiver on behalf of myself and the minor.
