From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative dual sound bath layered with Reiki energy healing to support energetic alignment and release.

As you rest in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and healing frequencies, a licensed acupuncturist will be offering gentle pressure point activation during the sound bath. These targeted points are known to relieve tension, reduce stress, and support the nervous system in returning to a state of calm regulation and recovery.
