**HOW IT RUNS**

doors open at 10:30am and 11:07am for all remaining guests. fitness sessions run on a set schedule, dropping closer to the date. everything else is open the whole time, so you move at your own pace. first 35 through the door get a complimentary b12 shot.



**TICKETS**

* general admission gets you in the door, one fitness session, and the run of the vendors and activations.

THE HAUS LIST is $75 and limited. you’re in at 10:30 before general admission, with priority access all day, a reserved area, a guaranteed b12 shot, an iv credit, a haus gift bag, your name on the board at the door, and first access to the next haus date before it goes public.

PARTICIPANT WAIVER AND RELEASE

By purchasing a ticket to ELEVEN7 and by attending the event, you agree to everything below. Please read it before you buy.

WHO THIS COVERS
"Released Parties" means Haus of Wellness, Daniel Dentistry, and their owners, employees, contractors, instructors, interns, volunteers, sponsors, vendors and the event venue.

YOU MUST BE 18
ELEVEN7 is an adults only event. No one under 18 may participate in any activity, with or without a parent present.

WHAT YOU MAY TAKE PART IN
Mat pilates. Boxing conditioning with gloves and pads. Cold plunge immersion. Compression and percussion recovery equipment. Chair massage and stretching. Vitamin B12 injections and IV hydration therapy. Vendor activations, food, beverages and skincare products.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You understand these activities carry real risks that cannot be eliminated no matter how carefully the event is run, including strains, sprains, fractures, bruising and cuts, concussion, overexertion, dehydration and heat illness, fainting, slips and falls, cold shock and cardiac events from cold water immersion, bruising, bleeding, infection and allergic or anaphylactic reaction from injections and IV therapy, allergic reaction to food or products, injury from equipment or from another person's conduct, lost or damaged property, exposure to illness, and in the most serious cases permanent disability or death. You knowingly and freely accept all of these risks. Participation is voluntary and you may decline any activity at any time.

YOUR HEALTH IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You confirm you are in good physical health and have no condition, injury, disability or pregnancy that makes participation unsafe. No one at this event screens, examines or clears you for any activity. You have been advised to check with your own physician first. Stop immediately and tell staff if you feel faint, dizzy, short of breath or unwell.

INJECTIONS AND IV THERAPY
B12 shots and IV therapy are provided solely by an independent licensed third party provider. Haus of Wellness and Daniel Dentistry do not provide, administer, supervise or direct those services and are not your medical or dental providers for any purpose at this event. You must complete that provider's own intake and consent forms before receiving any injection or IV service. Nothing at this event is medical or dental treatment, diagnosis or advice.

COLD PLUNGE AND BOXING
Cold water immersion is not safe for everyone, including people with cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, seizure disorders or pregnancy. You are responsible for deciding whether it is safe for you, and you will follow the attendant's directions. In the ring you will follow the coach's instruction, work within your own ability, and will not strike or spar with another guest.

NO IMPAIRMENT
You will not take part in any physical activity while impaired by alcohol or any other substance. Staff may refuse you access to any activity for this reason with no refund owed.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, you release, waive and agree not to sue the Released Parties for any claim, demand, cause of action, damage, loss, cost or expense of any kind, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your participation in ELEVEN7, your presence at the venue, or your use of any equipment or service at the event. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THIS INCLUDES CLAIMS BASED ON THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES. It does not apply to gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or anything that cannot be released under Florida law. You also agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any claim brought by you or on your behalf, or arising from your own conduct at the event.

EMERGENCY CARE
If you are injured and unable to act for yourself, you authorize event staff to arrange emergency medical care on your behalf, and you accept financial responsibility for its cost.

PHOTO, VIDEO AND SOCIAL MEDIA
ELEVEN7 is photographed and filmed all day, and that content is posted publicly. By buying a ticket and attending, you grant Haus of Wellness, Daniel Dentistry, their sponsors, vendors and media partners the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty free right to record, edit, reproduce and publish your name, image, voice and likeness in any media. That includes Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other social platforms, our websites, email, paid advertising, press, and sponsor and vendor recap materials, now and in the future, with no further notice, approval, credit or payment to you. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished content. If you do not want to appear, ask for a no photo wristband at check-in, wear it all day, and stay clear of active shooting areas.

YOUR BELONGINGS
You are responsible for your own property. The Released Parties are not liable for anything lost, stolen or damaged.

EVENT RULES
Follow posted rules, venue policy and staff instruction. You may be removed without a refund for unsafe conduct, harassment, intoxication or refusing staff direction.

TICKETS AND WEATHER
All sales are final. Tickets are transferable up to 48 hours before the event, just send us the new name. Rain is not a cancellation. If we cancel or reschedule, you get a full refund or the option to move your ticket to the new date, and that is your only remedy.

FLORIDA LAW
This agreement is governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

IF ANY PART IS UNENFORCEABLE
The rest stays in full force and will be enforced as far as the law allows.

ACCEPTANCE
Completing your ticket purchase, checking the box on this waiver, or attending ELEVEN7 means you have read this in full, you understand you are giving up substantial legal rights including the right to sue, and you agree to it freely. Your electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
