Join us for a nostalgic night of movement, music, and creativity as we flow through a 45-minute Pilates class set to all the emo and pop-punk favorites that raised us. Think early 2000s anthems, sing-along moments, and a little main character energy.



After class, we’ll keep the vibes going with a **DIY CD decorating experience**, where you’ll create your own personalized “album” inspired by your healing era, favorite lyrics, or current life soundtrack.
