For one night, OHM Night Club ceases to exist. In its place: a living, breathing forest. Real branches overhead, bioluminescent mushrooms, fog rolling across the floor, fairies dancing against the foliage, projections that make the canopy glow.

Abundance Social Club and Mountaintop Stoke have built worlds before — Underworld, Snowdance, Angels & Demons, Mountaintop Stoke, and POWDER — and every time, people say the same thing: *I didn't want to leave.* Enchanted Forest is our most ambitious build yet. You're not attending a party. You're entering one.

**The Experience:**

***Crossing the Threshold***

*Candlelit entry. Ambient forest sound. Subtle scent in the air. The moment you step in, the city falls away. You're somewhere else now.*

#### ***The Grove***

Wander through forest installations and natural textures. Grab a drink and stumble into organic connection. Afrobeats and scratch vinyl ease you in. A garden-inspired selfie station. Face painting. The kind of night where you keep discovering things.

#### ***The Canopy***

Energy builds. The DJs take you somewhere — melodic into rhythmic into euphoric. Avatar meets Alice in Wonderland meets a concert you'll never forget. Dance not as spectacle, but as expression. Communcal movement in the forest.&#x20;

#### ***The Clearing***

The final arc feels celebratory, connective, alive. Then the forest clears.&#x20;

GENERAL LIABILITY WAIVER, RELEASE OF CLAIMS, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING. BY SIGNING BELOW, YOU ARE GIVING UP CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not attend the event.

This General Liability Waiver and Release of Claims ("Agreement") is entered into by the undersigned attendee ("Participant") in connection with their attendance at Enchanted Forest 2026 (the "Event"), hosted by Abundance Social Club ("Organizer") and held at OHM Night Club ("Venue"), located in Seattle, Washington.

1. PARTIES RELEASED
By signing this Agreement, Participant agrees to release and hold harmless the following parties (collectively, "Released Parties"):
(a) Abundance Social Club, its members, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers;
(b) OHM Night Club, its owners, operators, managers, employees, agents, and staff;
(c) All sponsors, partners, vendors, performers, DJs, artists, and contractors associated with the Event;
(d) Any affiliated organizations, marketing partners, or co-promoters of the Event.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participant acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attending the Event, including but not limited to:
(a) Risks inherent in attending a large-scale nightlife event, including physical injury, illness, or property damage;
(b) Risks associated with the Event's immersive environment, including theatrical lighting, fog/haze effects, live installations, physical props, natural elements (including real tree branches), and interactive art structures;
(c) Risks associated with crowded indoor environments, including slips, falls, or contact with other attendees;
(d) Risks associated with exposure to loud music and sound systems;
(e) Risks associated with any optional activities, including but not limited to dancing, face painting, interactive installations, or any beach clean-up activities held in connection with the Event;
(f) Risks of communicable illness or disease, including COVID-19 and similar conditions.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being permitted to attend the Event, Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury (including death), or expense that Participant may sustain while participating in the Event, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

This release includes, without limitation, claims arising from:
(a) Premises liability or the condition of the Venue;
(b) Acts or omissions of Released Parties, their employees, agents, or contractors;
(c) The conduct of other Event attendees or third parties;
(d) Equipment, installations, or props used in connection with the Event.

4. INDEMNIFICATION
Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or resulting from: (a) Participant's attendance at or participation in the Event; (b) any breach of this Agreement by Participant; or (c) any negligent or wrongful act or omission by Participant.

5. MEDIA RELEASE
Participant acknowledges that photography, videography, and live streaming may occur at the Event. Participant grants the Released Parties a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use any images, video, or audio recordings in which Participant appears for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes, including use on social media platforms, without further compensation or notification.

If you do not consent to being photographed or recorded, please notify Event staff upon arrival.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT
Participant agrees to: (a) comply with all applicable laws and regulations; (b) follow all instructions from Event staff, security personnel, and Venue management; (c) refrain from conduct that endangers themselves or others; and (d) refrain from bringing prohibited items into the Venue. The Released Parties reserve the right to remove any attendee from the Event for violation of this code of conduct without refund.

7. ALCOHOL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Participant acknowledges that alcohol will be available for purchase at the Event by individuals of legal drinking age (21+). Participant accepts sole responsibility for their own alcohol consumption and any consequences arising therefrom. The Released Parties are not responsible for the actions of any Participant who consumes alcohol at the Event.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Participant and the Released Parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND SIGNATURE
BY SIGNING BELOW, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT, THAT I AM SIGNING IT VOLUNTARILY, AND THAT I AM 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
