Fit Girl Things Event Waiver & Release of Liability

By attending and participating in a Fit Girl Things event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk:
   I understand that participation in fitness, wellness, and social activities (including but not limited to workouts, walks, classes, brand activations, and any other in-person event programming) carries certain inherent risks. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks related to injury, illness, or accident that may result from my involvement in this event.

2. Release of Liability:
   I hereby release and hold harmless Fit Girl Things, its founder, team members, partners, vendors, sponsors, instructors, and venues from any liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Media Release:
   I acknowledge that Fit Girl Things may photograph and/or film the event for promotional and marketing purposes. By participating, I grant Fit Girl Things full rights to use these images and videos—including any likeness of myself—for social media, web, print, and other marketing materials, without expectation of compensation.

4. Medical Acknowledgment:
   I affirm that I am physically fit to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I agree to stop participation if I feel unwell, lightheaded, or in pain at any point during the event.

5. Code of Conduct:
   I agree to behave respectfully toward all guests, vendors, instructors, and staff and to contribute to the positive, inclusive, and empowering environment that Fit Girl Things aims to cultivate.
