In this 60-minute restorative workshop, we will weave Kindful Being Energetic Healing with a gentle Sound Journey designed to ease anxiety and calm the nervous system during this turbulent time. As the world continues to shift through government shutdown tensions and other external chaos, this gathering offers a sanctuary — a moment to exhale, reconnect, and return to your inner steadiness and wholeness. 

Through guided energy release, breath awareness, and sound harmonics from singing bowls, chimes, and therapeutic instruments, participants will be supported in:

* Releasing built-up anxiety and stress
* Clearing their bio-field of energies that did not belong or aligned
* Balancing emotional overwhelm
* Regulating the energetic body
* Finding stillness, clarity, and inner grounding

This experience invites you to settle into a quiet oasis, even for just one hour, and remember the peace that lives within you.

**Nell-e** is a Soundologist and a Yoga Teacher, offering sound ceremonies, sound therapy/sound meditations, voice medicine and Yoga Mindfulness practices in the  corporate settings, rehabilitation and mental health facilities in the bay area.

He obtained over 1500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training and participated as a Trauma-Informed Yoga Facilitator  for different institutions in 300 hr and 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. His teachings and techniques are influenced by a combination of the  Eastern and Western psycho-spiritual principles, touching on the indigenous practices  blended with the metaphysical understandings in the modern world. Nell-e believes in  guidance of the Ancient teachings to empower the human being, encouraging self-awareness for adults and self-esteem for the youth and children with special needs. 

Nell-e is a life-long learner, exploring the esoteric teachings and the metaphysical arts holding on to his vision of evolving as a human being that continues to make an impact into the lives of many be it through healing, compassion and education.
