Voluntary Participation

By purchasing a ticket, registering for, attending, or participating in this event, I acknowledge that my participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at my own discretion. I choose to participate of my own free will and accept full responsibility for my actions, decisions, conduct, and level of participation throughout the event.

Age Requirement

This event is intended exclusively for adults.

All participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older on the date of the event. By purchasing a ticket, registering for, attending, or participating in the event, I represent and warrant that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted to attend or participate in any portion of the event unless otherwise expressly authorized by Discolates®.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in fitness classes, movement experiences, wellness activities, recreational activities, interactive experiences, vendor activations, social gatherings, and related event programming involves inherent risks.

These risks may include, but are not limited to:

* Slips, trips, falls, and collisions
* Muscle strains, sprains, or other physical injuries
* Aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions
* Allergic reactions
* Dehydration, dizziness, illness, or medical emergencies
* Risks associated with physical activity, music, crowds, venue conditions, and participation in group events

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my attendance and participation.

Health Acknowledgment

I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in this event and any activities offered.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding my ability to participate if I have any injury, illness, disability, pregnancy, allergy, medical condition, or other concern that may affect my participation.

I agree to immediately discontinue participation in any activity if I experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, injury, illness, or any condition that may place myself or others at risk.

Release of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, I RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS:

FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, CAUSES OF ACTION, LIABILITIES, COSTS, EXPENSES, OR ATTORNEYS' FEES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO MY ATTENDANCE AT OR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF PROPERTY, OR DEATH, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Personal Responsibility

I understand that I am solely responsible for determining whether I am capable of safely participating in any activity offered during the event.

I acknowledge that all activities, classes, activations, experiences, demonstrations, games, workshops, conversations, and event programming are optional and self-directed. I may choose to participate, modify, pause, or discontinue participation at any time.

I further acknowledge that all decisions regarding my participation are made solely by me and at my own risk.

Personal Property

I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings at all times.

Discolates®, Hotel Haya, event sponsors, vendors, collaborators, volunteers, instructors, contractors, and event partners shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, or unattended personal property.

Photography, Video & Media Release

I understand that photographs, videos, audio recordings, livestreams, and other media may be captured during the event.

By attending, I grant Discolates®, Hotel Haya, sponsors, collaborators, vendors, and event partners the unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide right to photograph, record, reproduce, publish, edit, distribute, display, and otherwise use my image, likeness, voice, appearance, and statements for marketing, advertising, promotional, editorial, educational, social media, website, public relations, and other lawful business purposes without compensation, notification, or additional consent.

I waive any right to inspect, review, approve, or receive compensation for such materials.

Event Policies

I understand that event schedules, programming, instructors, DJs, speakers, vendors, sponsors, performers, activations, giveaways, and event details may change without notice.

This is an adults-only event. Children, infants, and individuals under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted to attend, participate in, or remain at the event unless otherwise expressly authorized by Discolates®.

Discolates® reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove any participant whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, threatening, unlawful, intoxicated, or otherwise inconsistent with the intended event experience.

No refund will be issued in the event a participant is removed due to misconduct or violation of event policies.

Theft, Damage & Misconduct

Discolates® is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all participants, partners, vendors, and collaborators.

Any theft, intentional damage, vandalism, unauthorized removal, or misuse of property belonging to Discolates®, Hotel Haya, event sponsors, vendors, collaborators, or event partners will not be tolerated.

Participants found to have stolen, damaged, tampered with, or unlawfully removed event property, activation materials, equipment, merchandise, décor, giveaways, supplies, or other assets may be immediately removed from the event without refund.

Discolates® reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including civil claims, recovery of damages, reimbursement of replacement costs, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

Ticket Policy & Refunds

All ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, injury, travel disruptions, weather conditions, personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with the event, or inability to attend.

Refunds will only be considered in the event that Discolates® cancels or reschedules the event. Any refund request related to a cancellation or rescheduling shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

By purchasing a ticket, participants acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Event Cancellation, Rescheduling & Force Majeure

Discolates® reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event due to circumstances including but not limited to weather conditions, venue issues, safety concerns, acts of God, public health concerns, emergencies, government restrictions, vendor cancellations, equipment failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizer.

Participants will be notified using the contact information provided during registration.

Emergency Medical Care

In the event of an emergency, I authorize event personnel to contact emergency services and seek medical treatment on my behalf if deemed necessary.

I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses, transportation costs, treatment costs, or related expenses incurred as a result of participation in the event.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Discolates®, Hotel Haya, sponsors, vendors, collaborators, volunteers, instructors, contractors, staff, and event partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, costs, expenses, or attorneys' fees arising from my actions, conduct, negligence, participation, or presence at the event.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or participation in the event shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and I consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Acknowledgment & Acceptance

BY PURCHASING A TICKET, REGISTERING FOR, ATTENDING, OR PARTICIPATING IN THIS EVENT, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, MEDIA RELEASE, AND TICKET POLICY.

I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY GIVING UP CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO BRING CERTAIN CLAIMS AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES.

I UNDERSTAND THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION, ACCEPT THOSE RISKS, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
