BTE Club Liability Waiver & Release Form

By participating in any BTE Club event, including but not limited to runs, fitness sessions, or group meetups, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
	1.	Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in physical activities involves inherent risks of injury or harm. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to falls, collisions, dehydration, or other health-related issues.
	2.	Medical Clearance
I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating in BTE Club activities.
	3.	Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless BTE Club, its organizers, volunteers, affiliates, and sponsors (including collaborating vendors like Sweetgreen) from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the event.
	4.	Photo & Media Release
I give BTE Club permission to use photos or videos taken of me during events for promotional purposes on social media, websites, or marketing materials.
	5.	Acknowledgment
By joining a BTE Club event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accept the terms of this waiver.
