**Even the Odds** is a freestyle dance battle series hosted by Evenground Dance Studio in Austin, TX. Our event has become a vital part of the local dance community, bringing together performers and audiences to celebrate creativity, connection, and culture.&#x20;

**You can attend as a battler OR a spectator!** Whether you want to show off your skills or vibe out with the street-dance community, you'd be sure to have a good time!

LIABILITY RELEASE

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and fully understand that participation in a dance battle event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, falls, contact with other participants, and risks associated with a physically demanding environment. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of loss, property damage, or personal injury that may result from participation in this event.

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless EVENGROUND LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, event organizers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me or my child while participating in or attending this event.

PARENTAL CONSENT & SUPERVISION AGREEMENT

If I am signing on behalf of a minor (under 18), I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant. I understand that children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times while attending the event. I assume all risks and liability associated with bringing a minor to this event and agree to be fully responsible for their safety and conduct.

MEDIA RELEASE

I grant EVENGROUND LLC and its affiliates the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and distribute photographs, video recordings, or other media taken during the event in which I or my child appear. This includes, but is not limited to, promotional materials, social media, advertisements, and website content. I waive any right to compensation or approval of the final product.
