I understand that by joining Let’s Run Pines events, I am voluntarily participating in physical activity that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, dehydration, traffic encounters, weather conditions, and potential injury.
	2.	Assumption of Risk
I knowingly and freely assume all risks associated with participation, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the organizers, volunteers, or other participants.
	3.	Medical Fitness
I certify that I am physically fit, have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional, and am able to safely participate in running, walking, or related activities.
	4.	Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Let’s Run Pines, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of my participation in club activities.
	5.	Personal Responsibility
I understand that I am responsible for my own safety, hydration, and well-being during all events. I also agree to follow all safety instructions provided by organizers and to respect other participants and the surrounding community.
	6.	Media Release (Optional)
I grant permission for photos, videos, or recordings taken during events to be used for promotional purposes by Let’s Run Pines.
