Address: West Mesquite High School, 2500 Memorial Blvd, Mesquite, TX 75149 *we’ll be on the football field under the pavillion which is right beside the track.

Parking: There is parking right beside the football field and the track.

WHAT TO BRING

Turf cleats are best for the running events. If you don't have those, try to bring a shoe with good traction. If you have any ankle instability you may want to use an ankle wrap/brace for the compass drill.

Any specific things you need to prepare for optimal performance.

Wear comfortable clothes that are ideal for performance.

Chalk, lifting gloves, belts and braces are permitted. Wrist wraps that offset weight are not permitted.

You’ll take on 9 events that test different parts of your athletic makeup: speed, power, strength, and endurance. Some will feel familiar. Others will stretch you. All of them are built to meet you where you are and show you what’s still possible.

**EPC is for life athletes.**

**🏋️‍♀️ Events:**
Broad Jump. Vertical. 40-yard Dash. 300M Shuttle. Trap Bar Deadlift. Bench Press. Pull-ups. Power Ball Toss. Compass Drill 2.0.

**🏆 Prizes:**
Top AMP Score (male and female): Either 25K Southwest Airlines miles/points or A List Status.
Top Performers: Top 3 performers in each age group, both male and female, will receive metals.

I agree to participate in one or more physical fitness programs by EVERYDAY PEOPLE COMBINE, LLC and/or any training by any affiliate, subsidiary or partner of Everyday People Combine, LLC (hereafter “EPC”). EPC fully informed me that the fitness event it offers and in which I wish to participate are extremely strenuous and may push the limits of my physical abilities. I understand that the events have risks which may include injury to the musculoskeletal and/or cardio respiratory systems which can result in serious injury or death, injury or death due to negligence on the part of myself or people around me, injury or death due to improper use or failure of equipment, or injury or death due to a medical condition, whether known or unknown by me. I am aware that any of these risks may result in serious injury or death to me and/or others.  

I assume full responsibility for all risks that I expose myself to by my participation in EPC programs and accept full responsibility for any injury or death that may result from participation in any activity, class or fitness program. I know of no medical conditions that would increase my risk of illness or injury by participation in a fitness program designed by EPC. EPC informed me of the possibility of adverse physical changes during an exercise program, and I understand the same. EPC informed me that these changes could include abnormal blood pressure, fainting, disorder of heart rhythm, stroke, and heart attack or even death, and I understand the same. Understanding the above information, I willingly assume any and all risk associated with my participation in EPC fitness programs. 

RELEASE, WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT:  Acknowledging the above mentioned risks and considering that I am voluntarily participating in the activities made available by EPC and with my full understanding of all of the above, I waive, release, and discharge EPC and its agents of any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or causes of action, or damages related to my participation in EPC fitness programs, including claims attributed to any negligent acts or omissions of the above mentioned parties. This agreement is binding upon me, my successors, representatives, heirs, executors, assigns, or transferees. If any part of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in full legal force and effect. If signing on behalf of a minor child, I permit any person connected with EPC to administer first aid, call for medical care for the child, and transport the child to a medical facility deemed necessary for the wellbeing of the child. 

INDEMNIFICATION: I accept financial responsibility for any injury that I or the participant on whose behalf I am signing cause to my/him/herself or to any other participant due to my/his/her negligence. Should the above-mentioned parties, or anyone acting on their behalf, incur attorney’s fees or costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to reimburse them for such fees or costs. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless EPC, its principals, agents, employees, and volunteers from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and property damage that may result from my negligent or intentional act or omission while participating in activities offered by EPC.   

USE OF PICTURES/FILM/LIKENESS:  I agree to allow EPC and its agents to use any picture, film and/or likeness of me for advertising purposes.  In the event I choose not to allow the use of the same for said purpose, I agree that I must inform EPC of this in writing. 

I have fully read and understand the foregoing assumption of risk, and release of liability and I understand that signing obligates me to indemnify the parties named for any liability for injury or death of any person and property damage caused by my negligent or intentional act or omission. I understand that by signing this form I am waiving valuable legal rights.


REFUND POLICY

EPC does not offer refunds on registrations. If you are unable to attend the event, you are allowed to transfer your registration to another athlete up to 2 weeks prior to the event.

There are no bleachers at EPC, and that’s on purpose. This pass gives you field access so you can be right in the mix—close enough to cheer, encourage, and feel the energy up close.  We’ve always blurred the line between athlete and spectator, because sometimes just being near it is what helps someone realize they belong on the field too.  With this pass, you’ll get full access to view the events, support your people, and experience EPC the way it was meant to be. Expect music, movement, and maybe even a sweaty hug from someone who just crushed their round.  Passes can also be purchased at the door.

At EPC, vendors aren't just lined up behind a table. You're part of the experience. For $300, you’ll get a 10x10 space in the heart of the action, with steady foot traffic from athletes, coaches, and the friends and family cheering them on.  We encourage our vendors to show up with energy. Talk to people. Sample your product. Join the vibe. This isn’t just a spot to set up—it’s a chance to connect with a tight, motivated community that stays all day and comes ready to support brands that show up for them.  Your vendor fee includes:  -Prime booth space near the field -Brand mention on our social posts -Full access to the day’s energy and crowd   Come ready to engage. We’ll handle the rest.
