Faith & Fit is a weekly women’s gathering where we combine faith, fitness, friendship, and real conversation in a relaxed, judgment-free environment.

We’ll start with a Bible study, devotion, or discussion about topics that actually apply to everyday life, then we’ll get moving with a beginner-friendly workout, walk, stretch session, or fitness activity.

No pressure.
No perfect people.
No fitness experience required.

Just women encouraging women.
