Welcome to **Faith in Motion**, a citywide gathering in West Palm Beach dedicated to bringing people together through physical wellness, uplifting community, and genuine Christian fellowship. Hosted by 2 Wooden Beams Inc., this inaugural event is designed to be a collective act of stewardship for our minds, bodies, and spirits.

We are gathering on the lawn of the Meyer Amphitheater to strengthen our bodies, enjoy life-giving music, and build a supportive, faith-driven wellness community. Whether you are coming to sweat, reflect, or support local ministries, there is a place and a purpose for you on the lawn.

### 🏋️‍♂️ The Fitness & Fellowship Tracks

Get ready to move with intention! We are hosting two back-to-back, high-energy sessions led by faith-filled wellness instructors. All fitness levels are welcome:



* **The Flow: Pilates Session** –Mindfully challenge your whole body with a low impact high intensity Pilates flow. This session focuses on controlled, intentional movement, deep muscular engagement, and a restorative mind-body connection. 


* **The Workout: HIIT Class** – Kickstart your morning with a high-intensity interval training session designed to push your endurance and build physical resilience. The entire workout is set to an upbeat, highly motivating playlist of positive Christian music.

The fellowship continues across the amphitheater grounds throughout the entire event. Stick around to experience everything our marketplace has to offer:

* **🙏 The Prayer & Encouragement Tent:** Open all day, this is a dedicated space on the grounds for anyone seeking a moment of peace, personal reflection, biblical community, or a team to stand in prayer with you.
* **🥶 Cold Plunges:** Challenge your mental fortitude and optimize your physical recovery with our guided on-site cold plunge experiences.
* **🎶 Uplifting Vibes:** Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere filled with life-giving Christian music that keeps our hearts anchored in gratitude and joy.
* **🥗 Food & Fellowship:** Nourish your body with healthy food options from local vendors while building authentic, Christ-centered friendships on the lawn.
