The Fitness Sampler is BACK for its Fall debut!

Expect 25 minute back-to-back "tastes" of fitness from various studios + health n wellness & spa experience stations. Take as many classes as you want and leave the rest. Feel free to ebb n flow in as you want:) No rules. Not strict.

10am: Doors Open. Snag a drink + check out the experienc es!

10:30am: Morning Vinyasa Flow with Harmony Yoga & Fitness

11am: Fly Dance class with Fly Dance Fitness Sugarland

11:30am: Pilates

12pm: Bootcamp with STW Experiences

12:30am: Deep Stretch & Restore or Sound Bath

1pm Event Ends
