### **ASSUMPTION OF RISK**

By registering for and participating in *The Fastest MF in Austin* (the “Event”), I acknowledge that running, sprinting, and participating in athletic competitions involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, dehydration, heat-related illness, cardiac events, and other physical injuries that may result in serious harm or death. I voluntarily choose to participate, understanding and accepting all associated risks.

I further acknowledge that environmental conditions (such as weather, uneven surfaces, or track conditions) and the actions or negligence of other participants, spectators, volunteers, or staff may increase these risks.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Event, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby fully and forever release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:

I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings at all times and that the Event, its organizers, sponsors, venue, and vendors are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
