RUN CLUB PARTICIPANT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
This Agreement acknowledges and agrees that the participant (the "Runner") wishes to participate in the Fearless Rub Club organized through the Sweat Pals platform.
1. Voluntary Participation I acknowledge that my participation in the Run Club is voluntary and that I am in good physical condition to engage in physical activity, including running, walking, and related activities.
2. Assumption of Risk I understand that running and physical activities associated with the Run Club involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, falls, dehydration, fatigue, and other conditions. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
3. Health and Safety I agree to consult with my physician before participating if I have any health conditions or concerns. I will immediately stop participating if I experience any discomfort, pain, or unusual symptoms and will seek medical attention if necessary.
4. Release of Liability By signing below, I release and hold harmless the Organizer, Sweat Pals, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Run Club, including any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.
5. Media Release I grant the Organizer permission to take photographs and/or videos of me during the Run Club events for marketing, promotional, or other purposes. If I do not wish to be photographed or filmed, I will notify the Organizer in writing prior to the event.
6. Code of Conduct I agree to follow all rules and guidelines set forth by the Organizer, as well as the Sweat Pals platform, and to act respectfully towards all participants. Any violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the Run Club.
7. Governing Law This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver. I understand that my participation is voluntary, and I am fully aware of the risks involved.
