Participant Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnification Agreement

This Agreement is between RF Studios, LLC, the organizer of Miami Feel Good Fest ("RF Studios," "Organizer," "we," or "us"), and the undersigned adult ("Participant," "I," or "me"). In consideration of permission to attend or participate, I agree to the following terms. This Agreement applies to my attendance at Miami Feel Good Fest on November 14, 2026 (the "Event"), including check-in, Event activities, and my arrival and departure within the designated Event areas, whether my admission is paid, complimentary, sponsored, or booked through a third-party platform.

1. Definitions and scope
"Activities" means the activities actually offered or authorized at the Event, including Mat Pilates, rebound/trampoline fitness, stretching, guided movement, dancing, wellness demonstrations, vendor activations, product sampling, and, if offered, cold plunges, assisted stretching, red-light or cryotherapy experiences. Medical services are addressed separately in Section 7. Listing an activity here does not promise its availability.
"Event Areas" means the designated Event venue and areas used for check-in, classes, vendor booths, walkways, restrooms, and other authorized Event functions. This Agreement does not identify unrelated property as owned or controlled by RF Studios.
"Released Parties" means RF Studios, LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, instructors, independent contractors, agents, and volunteers, together with the venue owner and operator identified above and the Event sponsors, exhibitors, and vendors identified in the attached Event Partner Schedule, solely in connection with their involvement in the Event. The exclusions in Section 11 apply to all Released Parties.

2. Age 21+ admission, identification, and individual consent
I must be at least 21 years old on the date I attend. No person under 21 may attend, enter as a guest or spectator, or participate, even with a parent or guardian. A ticket or complimentary invitation does not override this restriction. I will present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in to verify my identity and age. RF Studios may deny admission if I cannot establish eligibility. This provision authorizes an ID check, not retention of an ID image. Each attendee must sign their own waiver before entry; purchasing a ticket for another person does not authorize me to sign for them. Ticket remedies remain subject to Section 15 and applicable law.

3. Participation rules
I will follow safety instructions, posted rules, equipment limits, and staff directions. I will use equipment only for its intended purpose and only when the instructor or operator permits it. I will not enter restricted areas or use unattended equipment. I will wear appropriate workout clothing and comply with each activity's footwear requirements, including grip socks where required; I will use suitable footwear for outdoor walking areas. I may decline any activity or physical adjustment and stop at any time. I will promptly report hazards, equipment concerns, or injuries. RF Studios may stop an activity or remove a person for unsafe, disruptive, or impaired conduct.

4. Fitness, Pilates, and trampoline risks
I understand that Activities can cause injury, illness, permanent disability, or death. Risks include overexertion; strains, sprains, fractures, and dislocations; joint, back, neck, and spinal injuries; loss of balance; dizziness or fainting; cardiac events; collisions; and injury from equipment or other participants. Trampoline activities additionally involve unstable and rebounding surfaces, missteps, falling off the trampoline, contact with the frame or support bar, and equipment movement or failure. I will follow instructor directions, remain within my abilities, and avoid flips, stunts, or unauthorized movements. Only one participant may use each trampoline at a time. I will follow the manufacturer’s weight and use limits and instructor directions; an instructor’s permission does not override those limits.

5. Outdoor environment and Event conditions
Risks include heat, humidity, dehydration, sun exposure, rain, wind, lightning, wet or uneven surfaces, steps, cables, temporary structures, crowds, insects, and slips, trips, or falls. Music and amplified sound may be loud. I will take breaks, hydrate, use appropriate sun protection, and follow weather or evacuation instructions. I will stay clear of production equipment and any marked photography or drone operating area. RF Studios may suspend or change activities for safety, weather, or operational reasons. Ticket remedies are governed by Section 15.

6. Optional cold plunge and wellness activations
Participation in any cold plunge or other vendor activity is voluntary and subject to the operator's screening, instructions, and separate documentation. I will not use a cold plunge without authorization and the designated vendor/operator attendant present and supervising my use. I will not use the plunge when the designated attendant is absent. Another guest or friend does not substitute for that attendant. The attendant’s presence does not mean that a qualified lifeguard is on duty.
Cold-water immersion may cause involuntary gasping, hyperventilation, cardiovascular stress, abnormal heart rhythm, fainting, loss of consciousness, hypothermia, drowning, serious injury, or death. Wet surfaces also create fall risks. I will follow the operator's time and temperature limits, enter and exit carefully, and not dive, submerge my head, or hold my breath underwater. I will exit and seek assistance immediately if I feel unwell. I will not participate while impaired or if I cannot safely enter and exit. If I have a medical condition, take medication, or am pregnant, I will obtain appropriate medical advice before choosing to participate.
Assisted stretching, red-light, cryotherapy, and similar experiences, if offered, have distinct risks, including aggravation of an injury, skin irritation, burns or cold injury, and adverse responses to equipment or treatment. I will obtain the operator's explanation of risks and contraindications before consenting. This waiver is not a substitute for that explanation or any required separate consent.

7. Independent vendors, medical services, and samples
Vendors may independently offer products or services. Event admission does not require participation in any vendor activation or establish that RF Studios provides clinical care. Any B12 injection, IV service, or other medical procedure, if offered, requires the treating provider's own assessment, informed consent, and documentation before treatment. I will address clinical questions and relevant health information directly with that provider. This Agreement does not serve as medical informed consent or release claims for professional medical negligence.
Food, beverages, supplements, and cosmetic samples may contain allergens, caffeine, or other ingredients that cause adverse reactions or interact with medication. I will review labels, ask the vendor about ingredients, and decline products unsuitable for me. Product availability does not constitute a guarantee of health benefits or suitability. Any alcohol service, if offered, is limited to persons lawfully eligible to consume it; I will not perform fitness, cold plunge, or equipment-based activities while impaired.

8. Health acknowledgment and voluntary participation
I am responsible for deciding whether the Activities I choose are appropriate for my health, fitness, and abilities. If I have a condition or concern that may make participation unsafe, I will obtain advice from a qualified health professional before participating. Relevant concerns may include heart or respiratory conditions, blood-pressure or circulation problems, seizures, pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries, reduced sensation, or sensitivity to cold or heat. I will disclose relevant limitations to the instructor or provider without assuming they can diagnose or clear a medical condition. I will not participate contrary to medical advice, while impaired, or when I have symptoms that make participation unsafe. I will stop and seek help for chest pain, breathing difficulty, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. No particular health or fitness result is promised.

9. Communicable disease and personal property
Shared spaces, water, mats, and equipment may expose me to communicable disease. I accept this risk voluntarily and will comply with hygiene requirements. I am responsible for securing my belongings. To the extent permitted by law and subject to Section 11, the Released Parties are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

10. Express assumption of risk
I KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE INHERENT AND OTHER RISKS OF MY ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION, INCLUDING RISKS OF PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, AND PROPERTY LOSS, INCLUDING RISKS CAUSED BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW. THIS ASSUMPTION IS SUBJECT TO THE EXCLUSIONS IN SECTION 11.

11. Release of liability and covenant not to sue
IN CONSIDERATION OF BEING PERMITTED TO ATTEND OR PARTICIPATE, I RELEASE AND DISCHARGE THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF MY ATTENDANCE, PARTICIPATION IN ACTIVITIES, OR USE OF EVENT AREAS OR EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, AND PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF A RELEASED PARTY. THIS INCLUDES ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE IN INSTRUCTION, SUPERVISION, EQUIPMENT SETUP OR MAINTENANCE, AND EVENT OPERATIONS, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW.
THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT RELEASE GROSS NEGLIGENCE, RECKLESS OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY CLAIM, DUTY, OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE WAIVED.
I agree not to sue a Released Party for a claim validly released by this Section. This Agreement binds me and, to the extent permitted by law, my estate and persons claiming through me. It does not purport to waive another person's independent rights or prevent me from challenging its enforceability.

12. Limited indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, I will indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from third-party claims for injury or property damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, but only to the extent caused by my negligent or intentional misconduct or my material violation of Event safety rules. This obligation does not require me to pay for a Released Party's own negligence, excluded conduct under Section 11, or a claim merely because I attended the Event. I do not assume responsibility for another adult's conduct solely because I purchased their ticket.

13. Emergency assistance
If I am unable to consent, I authorize reasonable efforts to obtain emergency assistance and treatment as permitted by law. I understand that emergency response may not be immediate and that ordinary Event staff are not necessarily medical professionals. I am responsible for medical and transport charges attributable to my care to the extent legally payable by me. This provision does not release professional medical negligence or expand the release beyond Section 11.

14. Photography and Video Consent
Photography and video recording will take place at Miami Feel Good Fest on November 14, 2026. By signing this Agreement and attending the Event, I expressly consent to being photographed and recorded and authorize RF Studios, LLC to use my image, likeness, and voice captured at the Event in its website, social media, event recaps, advertising, and promotional materials, without compensation or further approval. Event sponsors may share RF Studios-produced Event content to promote their participation. This permission does not authorize unrelated product endorsements.

15. Ticketing, schedule changes, and separate terms
This Agreement applies regardless of booking channel. Before purchase, RF Studios will present separate Event Ticket Terms covering attendee cancellations and no-shows, age/ID eligibility and denial of entry, transfers, organizer cancellation, postponement, and material changes to the Event. Those terms must be separately accepted; signing this waiver does not retroactively impose new purchase restrictions or waive statutory remedies. A ticket transfer is effective only under the accepted Ticket Terms, and the eligible replacement attendee must sign their own waiver.
RF Studios may change the schedule, instructors, or individual activations for safety or operational reasons, subject to the accepted Ticket Terms and applicable law. A postponement notice will state the new date and venue and explain the available options under those terms. Each platform’s own agreement governs its services and fees. This waiver does not independently establish a no-refund policy or waive a lawful payment dispute. No unrelated membership agreement is incorporated.

16. Florida law and disputes
Florida law governs this Agreement, subject to applicable federal law. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, any lawsuit relating to this Agreement or the Event must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida. This Agreement does not require binding arbitration or independently waive a jury trial for a claim that is not validly released.

17. Electronic signatures and records
I agree that this Agreement may be executed electronically and that my electronic signature is intended to have the same effect as my handwritten signature. RF Studios and its authorized service providers may retain the exact version presented and signed, the completed liability initials and signature, ticket/registration identifier, date, time, and available electronic audit record. Each attendee must complete the liability initials and signature before entry. I consent to delivery of a complete signed copy that I can download or print and may request another copy through the Event contact email printed at the beginning of this Agreement.

18. General terms and duration
This Agreement applies only to the Event identified above and does not automatically cover future studio visits, memberships, other events, or a rescheduled Event date. If the Event is postponed, each attendee must receive and sign an updated waiver identifying the new date and venue before admission. A transferred ticket or earlier signature is not a substitute for that updated consent. The release and other provisions intended to operate after the Event survive its conclusion for matters arising from this Event. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. This Agreement contains the parties' agreement concerning its subject matter, while preserving separate ticket terms and any activity-specific or medical consent requirements. A change to this Agreement requires written agreement by RF Studios and me.

Participant acknowledgment and signature
BY SIGNING BELOW, I CONFIRM THAT I WILL BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD ON THE DATE I ATTEND; I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT; I HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO ASK QUESTIONS AND SEEK INDEPENDENT ADVICE; AND I SIGN VOLUNTARILY. I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE FOR ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. I EXPRESSLY AGREE TO THE PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO CONSENT IN SECTION 14.
