Liability Waiver & Release Agreement1. Assumption of RiskI understand that participating in a Yoga Sculpt class involves intense physical exertion, including the use of light weights, cardio bursts, and deep stretching. I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks of physical injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, joint injuries, and cardiovascular events. I voluntarily assume all such risks. 
2. Physical Condition & Medical ConsentI represent that I am in good physical health and have no medical or physical conditions that would prevent my safe participation in this fitness class. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for monitoring my own physical limits and will immediately stop any exercise that causes pain or undue discomfort. If I am pregnant, postpartum, or have recent injuries/surgeries, I confirm I have obtained physician clearance to participate Yoga & Fitness Waiver & Release Form.
3. Release of LiabilityIn consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Pearl Collective LLC, the instructor, and the venue from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death occurring during or as a result of my participation in this class Yoga & Fitness Waiver & Release Form.
4. Photo & Video ReleaseI grant Pearl Collective LLC and Sweatpals the absolute and irrevocable right to use photographs, video, and audio recordings taken of me during class for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes.5. Acknowledgment & ConsentBy signing below (or checking the agreement box on the Sweatpals platform), I acknowledge that I have read this document, fully understand its terms, and recognize that I am giving up my legal rights, including the right to sue the organizers Yoga & Fitness Waiver & Release Form.
