LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF CLAIMS

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Movement & Mercedes workout event, I, the
undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in a fitness or workout class involves inherent risks, including but not
limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, heart-related issues, dehydration, or other physical injuries. I
voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this event, whether caused by my own
actions, the actions of others, or the condition of the premises.
2. Medical Clearance
I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my participation. I
understand that I am solely responsible for consulting a physician prior to participating if I have any
concerns regarding my health or physical condition.
3. Bring Your Own Mat / Personal Property
I acknowledge that this is a bring-your-own-mat event and that I am responsible for ensuring my
equipment is safe and suitable. I understand that Mercedes-Benz of Henderson and Fleeky Girls Club
are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
4. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Mercedes-Benz of Henderson, its parent companies, affiliates,
officers, employees, agents, representatives, Fleeky Girls Club, the event host(s), instructors,
collaborators, sponsors, and any third-party vendors from any and all claims, liabilities, demands,
actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event, including but not
limited to personal injury, property damage, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to
the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties listed above from any claims, damages, or
expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from my participation or my actions during the event.
6. COVID / Illness Acknowledgment
I understand that participation in a group event may increase the risk of exposure to illness. I voluntarily
assume this risk and agree that the released parties are not responsible for any illness or health
condition resulting from attendance.
7. Photography & Media Release
I grant permission for photographs or video taken during the event to be used for marketing,
promotional, and social media purposes by Mercedes-Benz of Henderson and Fleeky Girls Clubwithout compensation.
8. Governing Law
This waiver shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
9. Acknowledgment of Understanding
I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this waiver. I understand that by signing this
document, I am waiving substantial legal rights. I voluntarily agree to its terms.
